I received the table several days ago. It was sold to me as a very lightly used machine unmodified that was placed climatically controlled storage from the mid 80's until two years ago when the seller purchased it as part of a small lot of audio gear.

He has done no work on it instead it went back into storage until I purchased it . I have a Grado Signature Laboratory Standard tone arm That I bought a year ago and will be having it mounted on the Thorens and the resulting unit will be used as a MC cartridge setup.

I will be taking both units to The Turn Table Shop in Vancouver for a complete servicing and than have the Grado mounted and a cartridge chosen.
