I recognize the 2nd photo in post #17 as What's Best Forum member Arthurs' room in Fort Worth, Texas.

Correct. They are some custom LS-9 speakers designed by Danny Richie of GR Research and built by Custom Concepts.

Thanks for the update! Guess the pic is making the rounds on the net :)

The top one is from one of Wilson's high-end dealers Stereo Design.

Yep.
If I'm not wrong, he had a Sota turntable in his office, instead...

His office at the hospital turned over a few times, but the Sota TT was a staple in the early series. Sota had an endorsement in the credits. As is well known, Hugh Laurie is a musician and music lover, probably wanted nice stuff to listen to in between takes.

IIRC, didn't House also have at one point some electrostatic speakers in his office?

He had some kind of minis, but don't know the brand or topology. I think those changed with series, too.

Was it Audiostatic or that other brand that went out of business a couple of years ago?

Ironic to see such a high-end system with what looks like shutters used as poor-man diffusors...

That looks like Puget Sound's old system before the MM3s came around.

That thought crossed my mind too!

And their is a reflection of a face in the pic too!

The picture of the Acapella's looks like RAMF 2011.
