I was told to never push my tubes all the way down. That can stretch the prongs over time and create loose tubes. Best to set them where they are snug then stop pushing them down. That way the spring in the pin sockets stays tight.
Hello, I've been pretty busy the last few weeks, still listening to lot of music, mainly rap and roller skating music, and skating my brains out, also women, it's all good, but my posting has suffered. Women can do that, extremely distracting

. That's a good thought but I don't put much downward pressure, just enough to restore the tube to its original position. I'll post some pics.
