What do you like so much about this cable? And how much for a meter? For 2 meter length?I keep trying more expensive, critically acclaimed USB and Ethernet Cables, doing blind A-B tests and keep coming back to Neo-tech.

It have this too. It may be my system, natch, but I infinitely prefer the Supra Excalibur. Given my huge respect for Neotech, this surprised me to say the least, but it's a thing.I keep going back to the
Neotech NEUB-1020 USB Cable as well as their Ethernet Cables.

I bought an installed one about three weeks ago and can state unequivocally. It is a superb cable. It is $800 US for a 2 meter but look for a dealer to work with you bc you can find one to sell to you for at least 15-20% off MSRP.Has anyone tried the WireWorld Platinum usb? Or perhaps the AudioQuest Diamond usb?
Fairly pricey but based on the improvement with the Pangea it may be worth it.

Excellent at a reasonable price is a winning combination.I have a WW Platinum Starlight 8 USB - excellent at a reasonable price!
Are you ready?I would definitely be up for that! Will have to wait a bit until life slows down though. Would late June be ok? I guess we can take this to messages instead of clogging up the thread.
Your issue here is that the search term is wrong (and no, colleagues, I don't believe I'm simply feeding the troll). Here is the scholastica link:
Show me 5 of the 32k that show that its an issue and then we can comment further.

Please elaborate. The materials you use make a difference. The way you shield the cable makes a difference. How you shield the cables make a difference. The actual connectors make a difference. When it comes to usb cables there is more than just data and signals involved. There are several other factors
They just do. Certain materials keep outside interference out. Thats why shielding is important. The type of metals in cables make a difference. How the cable is braided makes a difference. The connectors make a difference. Just like anything else. What you use and how you use it makes a difference. Please elaborate.

Hi, are there any here who have listened to or own Synergistic Research usb srx. If so, what is your opinion in relation to similar cables, for example ww platinum 8
My main cable is Synergistic Research usb srx. I bought a sotm tx-usbultra regenerator and decided to pick up a second cable for it. The device's operation scheme requires it. Now I bought a ww platinum usb version 8 for testing. Just yesterday I set it to heat up, not even a day has passed. In 2-3 weeks I will be given a second Synergistic Research usb srx for testing. And I will compare in two categories: $1200 and $3-4000. There is also an option to take Albedo Silver usb. But I think it will lose even to ww platinum. I will say this, usb srx is an excellent cable. But I have nothing to compare it with from its price level. I really hope that ww platinum will be very close in sound to srx. I do not want to spend so much money on a second srx. But I will say that sotm tx-usbultra is very sensitive to usb and their installation. You can hear everything very well on it.I can't answer directly, but in a comparison with the Shunyata Research Omega-X USB I'm listening to the Synergistic Research Galileo Discovery SRX with the Master tuning module at the moment (the Master tuning module has now replaced the silver one at no extra cost). I'm also burning in a WyWires Diamond 14" power cable at the same time (for use with an SDFB), so that process is still affecting what I'm hearing some (for another week or so). The Shunyata is expansive and clear and fast, but in my system just seems a bit off tonally, a bit dry even for a neutral cable. I prefer just a touch of warmth and emotion and the Synergistic has that, even with the Master module. It just doesn't seem quite as open and expansive and clear as the Omega (and even less so with the Gold module). Maybe that's solved with the $5k SRX. Will see how the Galileo develops in the next week. I may return to the Omega for a second listen if I can (someone else has asked the Cable Co. for a listen).
As you can tell from the two cables discussed, I'm looking at the second tier upper class price wise -- and so far I've found a substantial difference between some of the ~$1200-1500 cables and these two. It's for a SSD to modified Oppo 203 run. I'm wondering if there any others that compete at the two SRs' level. I've left aside the Tara Labs Master because the review descriptions suggest I wouldn't like it (e.g., detail focused). But are there any others that compete at this level of sound quality?

The SR SRX is $6K, the Galileo Discovery is $3400. The Omega-X is about $3800. I had been using the WW Diamond USB and found some of the $1200-$1500 cables superior, which led to my search. I've never tried the WW Platinum USB, but in ICs and power cords that line is warmer by design than the Diamond line, and not nearly as transparent. That said, the Platinum are good cables, and I'm using two or three of them in different locations.
