a replacement cartridge or stylus for a Dual 78 / 33?

Looks like one of the original GE mono cartridges, like the RPJ or RPX. Such dual stylus cartridges are long gone but styli can be found: http://www.needledoctor.com/Online-Store/General-Electric

None of those will fit his GE pickup. In his case, dual is a description of the twin styli and not a brand name.
