in my listening, what matters most is the master tape source used for the LP vs it’s digital remastered counterpart. LP wins if it comes from the original master tape, especially if the digital comes from an nth generation master copy.

Given good condition of the LP, good cartridge and preamp components. All other variables being equal, digital will win.
