I upload tons of very high pixel images up to a gallery for reviews and I find my slow upload speed of 74Mbs is good enough for me. I need the wide band width download for my games.

Hardly breathtaking in the greater scheme of things, but in the last week or so I've noticed that my download speed on the standard Charter service, which is spec'ed at 30 mbps and used to be routinely in the 32-33 mbps range has now gone to over 60 mbps with no change in price (and no change in upload speed, which is still about 4-4.5 mbps)

Unless you upload a lot that's not a bad speed. I get about 10mbps and it's fine.
