The Nevera is 2.94s to 130mph approx by simulation. The Tesla 4.6 sec.

I wonder how long Porsche will stomach the Plaid performance? They don't like to be slow.
porsche has just set a new lap record on the nordschleife, the fastest four-door sedan Panamera" lion". I think they have something different planned for elektrocar than a new taycan;)

10 seconds faster then a plaid, they only need to build e motor

How much is that car and would you drive it to work or out to the country or a long trip on these crappy roads? The Plaid is a sedan for every day driving. It will be interesting to see what the new Roadster will do,

My S Plaid is fantastic … great suggestion Steve!
I also have a Rivian R1S on order so I can double down on reducing my carbon footprint

And 0-60 is meaningless in todays world

Not that I care, but I get more “great car” in my M2 than any Tesla owner in SoCal. They are like Honda Accords out here. Nothing special.

Different strokes for different folks. Have you ever driven a Tesla. My car has 518 bhp and is readily snuffed by any Tesla at a light beside me. The model S is air suspension and if you tell me your ride in an M2 is better ……….nuff said. You can drive over pot holes in a model S and never feel a bump. As for being like Honda Accords that’s somewhat laughable .

I’ll wait for a good fuel cell car to come on the market…not fake “green” credentials that come with todays electric cars. Of course the performance is impressive…just get a 6 sec quarter mile dragster…

I thought this review of the Tesla Model S Plaid was very informative. But not sure I want over 1020 Hp and 0-60 in 1.92 secs and 0-130 in 9 seconds. It has the triple motor.
it is truly a missile

i like the yoke steering
The problem I see, even though that is crazy fast, is that the car is still pretty poor quality. I would much rather spend my money on a well built car first.

He is a knucklehead. He said he was doing 160 to the police but I think I heard him in the car say 180 or 190 . People don't understand the power of an EV vs an ICE. This plus the fact that the Plaid can hit 0-60 in1.9 seconds makes it even that more dangerous. You have to be a serious driver to be flying around a track at 180 mph and suddenly have to brake.

As stated my car has 518 bhp and I have been challenged by Tesla drivers at a red light. I've learned that my reaction is futile as the Tesla will leave me in its dust 100% of the time
