QSA LANEDRI Series

Drugim kamieniem węgielnym jest Grounding Box , nad którym wciąż pracujemy, dopracowując go do masowej produkcji.

What does "having trouble" mean specifically, and what leads you to say it's caused by the Polish power conditioner?
I apologize, I don't speak English and am using Google Translate to translate. That's probably why it was misunderstood. I have no problem with the Polish conditioner. However, if the Discovery Veridion Power is better, the Polish conditioner will become useless, and the problem is selling it. I hope it will be understandable now.

Understood. Depending on your set up, you might be able to split the load of your conditioner for sonic benefits. For example, I’m considering trying the power strip first with components, while leaving my active speakers hooked to the regenerator. It all depends on how the power strip affects the sound. So far, I’ve liked the effects on video of Veridion Discovery cables, but have not been happy with the voicing of them for audio.

Ooh, that's a good idea. Dividing the load and, for example, separating the video and audio sections. I have to try that.
For me, the Veridion Discovery cables have a qualitative impact on both audio and video. Only my Lampizator DAC didn't quite get along with the Veridion Discovery. It took away some of its tube-like character, and it's better with a cable from the Polish company Enerr.

I have a Lampi GG3 and what you mention is my worry about using the power strip for components. I tried the Veridion USB cable on a run from an SSD with music files to Oppo 203. After a month, I returned it because it took all the warmth out of my system. I'm about to try a Signal Projects Andromeda cable for that run.

What you tried was an early prototype version of the Gamma Veridion USB cable, released before we introduced the Discovery Veridion Series. Around that time, we made some major breakthroughs with the Veridion tech, which is what led to the Discovery series.

We’ll soon be rolling out updated Veridion versions for the Gamma, Spectra, and Ultimatum Series, all featuring the improvements from those breakthroughs.

I'm about 6 days in on the DC extensions. I've had two notable moments: the first at 4 days where tonality started coming back, and today where stage size has started its return to form (along with continued improvements in natural tonality). It's not quite as tangible as before inserting the extensions, so I know there's still burn in to go through.

I'm not describing the effect particularly well, but my system has this new sense of power and ease. Kind of like if I'd gotten bigger speakers and a more powerful amp.

edit: forgot to provide context of the applications. All 5 DC extensions have a home. Some conventional placements, and a couple more niche use-cases.
- Orbi satellite
- QSA Switch
- Internal SSD (Samsung PM893 for file storage)
- Jcat USB XE Evo
- Synergistic Research FEQ

All but the FEQ are powered by Plixir Elite BDC Mk1/2, with Grand Activation AC cables. DC cabling is either Mundorf SGW or stranded Angelique depending on location. The FEQ is on an Ifi Elite, which has a Veridion Discovery AC cable. Tangentially, I was pleasantly suprised by the impact of the AC cable in that location.

@QSA-LANEDRI are footers still in the works? Outside of this QSA la-la land, I've been having fun experimenting lately with sub 1k options from Stack, Carbide, SR, Mad Scientist, Stillpoints, Les Davis, etc. It'd be fun to throw some Veridion into that mix.

Anas -- Initially yes, but you eventually did a resend with the final product, which is what I ultimately made a decision about.

Yes, that was indeed what we considered at the time to be the final version of Veridion, which we had planned to release for the Gamma, Spectra, and Ultimatum series. All of that happened before the launch of the Discovery series.

When we first came across the new Veridion technology, we were genuinely surprised by the performance jump compared to Infinity. The results were far beyond what we expected, and we were excited to share it as an upgrade option for the Gamma, Spectra, and Ultimatum series. Three clients received that early version — two with Gamma Veridion USB cables (you were one of them), and one with the Ultimatum Veridion power cable.

The client with the Ultimatum Veridion power cable was verry happy with the results and decided to keep it. The two Gamma Veridion USB cables were returned, which wasn’t a surprise — the Gamma USB Infinity had been one of the most challenging designs we ever worked on. It took over two years of development, and none of the base USB cables delivered what we were aiming for, so we ended up creating a completely custom one.

During that time, we made some major breakthroughs with Veridion, and the improvements were dramatic — even on low-gauge cables, something that had never been possible before with either Infinity or the early Veridion version you tested.

That breakthrough is what led us to the Discovery series. Since then, we’ve paused the Veridion upgrades for Gamma, Spectra, and Ultimatum because producing them now requires specialized equipment. The client who was thrilled with the early Ultimatum Veridion will be blown away once he experiences the new Veridion implementation that’s now part of the Discovery lineup.

Yes, R&D for the Discovery Veridion footers is currently ongoing.

Anas, Ok but ultimately it was a question of voicing. I’m rather particular about that. I also have what I think is the current Discovery power cable, which for my tastes did a lot better powering the TV, as does the Discovery HDMI. I don’t how much better than those the RG11 can make it with a cable box, but for the price it’s worth a try. I’d also give the DC cable a try with a Paul Hynes LPS, but the latter needs a 5-pin DIN, and I can’t find the proper adapter for it in the U.S., if anywhere.

I opted for evaluating a completely burned in Discovery by pulling it from my TV (with one of the new ones going in its place).
Tonight while watching TV, I had a greater share of wow moments as it seems that the newish Discovery powering my TV just kicked into gear.

There’s no denying that our connection to music is deeply personal and subjective. Science still isn’t quite advanced enough to measure or quantify that emotional bond we feel when everything just “clicks.” That’s exactly why we believe the best way to understand what Veridion technology can do is to try it firsthand in your own setup. With the full refund guarantee, there’s really no better way to experience its impact than in your own listening environment rather than at an audio show.

Happy to hear that you’re enjoying what the Discovery series is bringing to your video setup! For custom adapters, you can get in touch with Ghentaudio.com . We do offer DC extension cables with custom connectors in the Gamma series, but to keep economies of scale, the Discovery series comes with standard connectors only.

From what I can tell, Ghent Audio has connectors but does not show adapters on its website. It’s also in China, which means prohibitive tariffs into the U.S.

Is there a Veridion USB cable available currently?

What is the waiting time for the order currently? I recently places the order on 29 Oct

I am in a similar situation: NO PROBLEM. I use two Veridion power strips as extension cords into the wall outlet then into my DC blocker then into my LessLoss power distributor . One power strip into the wall another power strip into that one then a Veridion AC cord into the second power strip and on to the rest as above. The impact is immensely positive. I think everyone has used up all the adjectives but briefly: tonal density, depth I have never heard before and musical expression. it's so discerning that in playing a CD I found I did not like the drumming on cut one but everything else was great and the drumming was much better on the subsequent tracks. I had listened to this CD dozens of times and never had a hint of a difference- one could use the system to audition musicians now which I would have never said about any other system I've heard- it's just wondefully musically and potentially emotionally expressive- but to be clear the sound quality on this disc is 4/10 at best- it does not matter- the music is there As an old former Linn turntable user and fan I think of this set up as sounding like a 400 pound Linn. I want to emphasize that the second power strip actually added much more SQ than the first- not what one usually gets in this universe of diminishing returns. An idea that's only half a joke: a "conditioner" box with AC in and out plugs and 20 meters of Veridion AC wound inside. More seems to be more music.

I higly recommend the Veridion coaxial cable. I don't stream but I inserted on into my TV cable box and WOW! Color density , continuousness ( you don't know you want it till you have it) and very important for sport viewing fluidity of motion. Basketball is just much easier to follow with less effort- parallel to musical expression in audio I think. I have a Veridion AC into my TV set up an HDMI from the cable box into the TV and now the coaxial cable into the cable box. All were pluses and I would rate them this way: if the coax is set arbitrarily as a 10 then the AC was a5 and the HDMI a 2 or 3- to be clear that's degree of improvement not quality per se- they all help.

I don't stream music (old CD guy) but if I did I would consider a coax cable into my system first. It does a LOT for video.
