New Album & The Beginning of Basketball Season

Well seems we have 2 Kings in LA, one who wanted to Trademark "Taco Tuesday" and the other who is trying for 2 trademarks

I like Kawhi but he does march to the beat of a different drum

Kawhi Leonard seeks 'What it do baby' trademark

LA Clippers star Kawhi Leonard filed with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office to trademark two phrases for use on clothing and footwear.

Washington, D.C. trademark lawyer Josh Gerben revealed on Twitter that Leonard is attempting to trademark "What it do baby" and "City views over interviews.”

The USPTO says the trademarks were filed by Leonard, LLC on Oct. 23.

"What it do baby" went viral after the Toronto Raptors won the NBA championship last season. Leonard uttered the phrase in an Instagram video taken by former teammate Serge Ibaka.

It's unclear where the “City views over interviews” phrase comes from, but it could be related to his latest commercial for New Balance, which showcases his love for Los Angeles without him saying a word.

I was hoping Kawai would be the good guy vs LeBron's bad guy. Not to be it appears.

AD carries the Lakers tonight as well as the last game when LeBron is either a no show or a late show. The Lakers gave up a big part of their future in the trade but watching him tonight, it is he and not the King who is the star of this team,

He has a 30-20 game in 30 minutes of play

He makes it look effortless

Lakers 88-67 at the end of 3

Impressive win by the Lakers. Their bench tonight looked much better in the 2nd half
Big night for Anthony Davis. 40 points and 20 rebounds and still 6 minutes left.
Davis is the true star of the Lakers team.

James looked good but he still missed a lot of shots

Lakers are still without Rondo and Kuzma so they are looking good and have room to grow.
Scary
I don't want to see LeBum getting another ring

I echo your words a hundred times.

If it happens, then you gotta hand it to the guy for starting the lunch meeting and hiring of Rich Paul as AD's agent. AD is in his prime. Coveted by many teams no doubt. But only LeBron and Rich Paul could have packaged that deal. LeBron did what Magic Johnson was supposed to do, bring a title to the Lakers fans, but with all those 'extra-judicial' antics. His career will be rich in that, no pun intended.

That's why I'm banking on Kawhi to save the world.

I don't even care who wins, as long as it is NOT LeBum
I would love to see the Warriors to stun the whole world but it would also have a nice touch if the City Rivals Clippers would rain on the LeBum Parade :p
Pity that the Claw sems to turn into a Baby LeBum

The Bum is contagious. See how KD followed his footsteps? :D But that was very fine with me - to stop the Bum's ring chase. :D

Aside from the Clippers, I'd like to see Denver, Dallas, Portland, Spurs, even Houston, beat the Bum this season. :D There are many good young players in Denver and Dallas, who just beat Denver today in a great matchup. Porzi and Luca are incredibly good.

I watched the game last night. James was good at point guard dishing out assists and he made some good shots, but he seemed to miss more than what he made

I think Vogel handles himself well on the bench.

I also see that James and davis seem to spend a lot of time on the bench. Looks like they are controlling his minutes to effectively keep him fresh for the final period and the last 2 games in the final period they buried the Hornets and the Grizzlies

Just heard that the Clippers will be resting Kawai tonight against the Jazz in the first game of a back to back. He will play tomorrow against the Spurs.

Hmmmm....seems very early in the season to need a rest.

I guess the group of Kawhi had mapped the whole season out already, for his load management. As for AD and LeBron, their load management formula is done within the game. :D

Celtics won after trailing by 19. Good work by all starters. Kemba is the main man again. Hayward and Tatum doing damage as well. Kemba! Just like the lion king roar. Lol
