Popped into AudioHanoi today.

Recommended if you pay the town a visit.

Not heard Viva horns before. Epic scale, immense bass, easy going and definitely world class in those parameters.

I have more pics and videos and probably comments to follow.

Language barrier was strong here but communication of intent was achieved. Very friendly and wishing to please staff in a way US and Europeans simply do not match.

Don't hesitate to ask for anything they will try and please to the utmost. Enjoy.

The above shots are a horn system by https://admireaudio.com/?lang=en. I have not come across them before.

They are pretty decent. But I found they are at their best when standing up at about 25-30 foot in the room they were in. Detailed and spacious and sounding well balanced unlike some horn setups. Worth the visit until they tell you it isn't their best system.

I would hope the horn mount angle is variable to get a better result when seated.

Looks like a great selection.

I love the Viva amps in that red. I've had good experiences with their 211-powered headphone amps.

I'm moving to HCMC later this year and will have to make a trip up to check them out.

Shots from the best room. Affected by blue LED lighting. It is a very large room and even then the Viva speaker system could probably enjoy quite a bit more space I would imagine. Half of the woofer tower was obscured by the horns with the bottom drivers firing directly into the back of them.

Still, there wasn't much in the way of obvious sonic compromise. Warmer than the Admire Audio horns and just a better experience all round, really.

Trying to cross reference with something like an AG Trio plus bass horn setup, this is much easier going and far more relaxing. This is really obvious playing Infected Mushroom where an AG setup will confront you with a very fast, dynamic and in your face presentation that can result in an information overload feeling, just like decent Apogee's, really.

This system simply won't do that. It just oozes ease and a sense of not needing to try to impress. Better at conveying emotion as a result and that was very evident playing Tom Jones.

Bass is massive in scale, prohection and height. High volume levels handled with ease, which is a strength of large horn based systems generally I find.

If this system was at Munich and well set up it would be in the top 5 rooms, with some voting it the top, I would say.

The room above has had a very large amount of money spent on its setup. I wish I had taken a shot of the ceiling. Extremely impressive to look at.

It's very possible that the system would sound quite different in lesser environments.

Here's a few videos to draw inaccurate conclusions from. You need to be there. Don't kid yourself otherwise or that the sound from my OnePlus 9 Pro mobile is representative of what was heard. Sure, it's not dreadful, but it isn't real. Far from it.
