
Beautiful speakers:

They played a track from Doug Macleod which I am familiar with. Alas, it just sounded OK. The bass was boomy and the sound soft overall.

Note that my mood was negative prompted by too much talking behind me. Why play music if you are going to stand there and talk so loud? At least when someone walks in with honking big camera and notebook in his hand, think that he could be a serious report not this slacky and make sure the experience is as good as it can be.

On the positive side, I can't get enough of these meters

I saw a lot more messy wiring than the super dressed ones at RMAF and this was no exception:

Why use such a long cable as to have to coil it that way???

Did I say I like meters? I think I did. When I got into HiFi in 1970s, it seemed that the higher-end the product, the larger its VU meters. Sadly I could not afford anything with such large meters then.
