Finally, I won the case.

The court ruled that I should receive a full refund of the purchase amount, along with interest on the purchase and reimbursement of legal expenses.
It took a staggering 4 years and 4 months to reach this verdict.

Focal is truly an astonishing company.
Even though their flagship model had a manufacturing defect that caused significant harm to the consumer, they did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue.

Since I still have to enforce the refund, I don’t expect the process to go smoothly. But one thing is certain: I will never use Focal again, and I’ll strongly advise anyone against buying their products.

I hope many people become aware of this.
