Where Do You Place Your Equipment Stands?

My rack is on the side wall away from the speakers with my amp on an amp stand between the speakers. I feel no vibrations when your music is playing due to the amp and rack's location and design. The rack is close to the side wall with enough space for me to connect power cords and interconnect changes if needed. Reality is once you are set up you should be good to go unless you like always making changes with cables.

After years my rack was against the side wall, about a month or so I moved the rack between the speakers to stand well in front of the wall, which makes it easy to go behind the equipment rack - this is such a relief from the last place.

I uses a custom-made Sound Anchors stand which is an open frame design. So it can sit against the wall no worries. It sits in my dining room just outside of the living room. Since everything is balanced line I run long interconnects between the preamp and amps.
