Perhaps this thread will get the attention of recording artists and record pressers and others who have considerable pull in that regard and/or they can be pointed to this thread.

I have always said, there isn't a release that I like that I wouldn't rather have (carefully and expertly) released on vinyl (or re-released if it is currently OOP). I stand by that. I spend my money on that.

The intention of this thread is to simply provide a running list for the aforementioned, not to argue why vinyl sucks, the master was digital, blah, blah, blah... I don't care. That's not the point. That's argued to death elsewhere. Here... ...just a running list for those who do care.

Cheers!!

Re-releases I would buy...

Garland Jeffreys "Ghost Writer."

Phil Manzanera "Listen Now."

Karla Bonoff's first LP.

"Lake" by Lake!!!! (Timebomb, baby! Good album.)

Michael Penn's "March."

The Boxmasters' albums.

Did they ever do a Hi Fi release of Tommy Bolin's "Private Eyes?"

Bruce Cockburn's "Dancing in the Dragon's Jaws."
