Just unboxed and with Revs ready to connect it to the system....
Congrats beautifull machine .
Im thinking about it , its a nice one box solution .
( although not as good as the Atlantis combo )

Add a clock and PSU when released, a good glass of whiskey and we might not care

Why do you say SP isn't at same level?
I know very well Atlantis (not Reference) combo. Now break in SP.
So you opinion is very welcome.
More solid imaging / purity of tone .
A very grounded solid spacious soundstage with well defined wonderfull voices / instruments
Wadax / ARC sounds especially nice , very good combo both with studio player but especially with the Atlantis combo.
I might buy a SP both for personal use and show demonstrations , but then combine it with FM acoustics .
Drive the FM power amps with FM Pre amp and driven direct by the studio player .
I heard Brandon drive the ARC amps direct at a show with the SP ,(Magico S3 mk 2 ) and it sounded very good

No but i have the heard Wadax products at dealershows also many times by now in comparison to the Munich show

Its still a lot better then buying of of Reviewers / magz opinions
Buying gear of of reviewer/ magazine opinions is the main cause of the audiophile buy / trade in merry go round .....
Plus at shows you can hear the gear connected in many many different rooms / settings .
I don't like the idea of driven directly any Dac to amps.....I guess FM Pre and amps setup sounded better.
Wadax offers impedance adjustments on the SP so it would be worth the try ( plus it doesnt cost anything )
(Fm uses also acoustic Resonance compensation and an additional linearizer with their pre amps )
