The Tres Amigos Ride Again-An Ongoing Saga----The Tres are Now Quattro Amigos

This album for me was the highlight of the entire trip. I ordered mine today just to see if I could do justice to it as Marty did. In a room his size and solid state with tubes thrown in at the phono stage was simply remarkable. That Zanden phonostage was also worth the price of admission. It made this album give me goose bumps and a feeling that I was there

Recorded on 35 mm film

To summarize briefly, marty's system has been and continues to be one of my favorite systems of all time. Marty has a knack in voicing his system to his room. The first two albums I posted above were my favorites of everything I heard and we heard a lot.

Kudos to marty with all of his new components so perfectly dialed in. The Liszt Piano concerto is a must have album

Marty also has a new DAC incoming but I will wait til he has it and let him talk about it as I didn't hear it

Today we left New Jersey for a 2 day stay in NYC and to catch some terrific shows as well as sitting in Times Square and watching all of the whackos dressed up including the cowboy who was undressed

I love NYC. So much to see and so much to do yet I could never live there. The restaurants we ate in were memorable

So for starters some pix of Times Square and all of the people and the gorgeous skyline
