The Teaser To The Teaser

Uhm...

The video shows a modular cabinet design with 2 woofers, such as in the Watt/Puppy dynasty (Sasha included). The caveat is the overall design of the assembled speaker is as sleek as in the Sophia series. I don't see much analogies with the finish of the old W/Ps, since the line that "separates" the lower and the upper cabinet is inclined and lot parallel to the floor.
So, I'd say that either Wilson is introducing an intermediate model between Sophia and Sasha, or this is a Sasha 2 being optimized to be smaller.

I can't see why they would update the Sophia with the silk dome tweeter before updating the Sasha. (...)

Another good point to the Sasha 2's cause! :)

I think the speaker in the teaser is just an older W/P prop.

On 11/20/13, we'll see the rest of this WA product announcement video showing the evolution of the W/P into the new Sasha 2.

There's lots of competition at the $30K price point. Just look at all the posts about the Magico S5, TADs, Raidho, etc... The Sasha needs an update to compete.

Fun guesses! I am getting excited to show you guys the video on the 20th!

There should be a prize Debbie :) A cap, a shirt, a download of one of your Dad's recordings? :D 'cept I have the latter already :D

Wait a sec, isn't what we're seeing in the video an older pair of watt puppies? The shape doesn't look anything like Sashas.

Regardless I'm upgrading to these as soon as they are available :)

LOL! They are older WPs. The Sasha 2 is at the end ;)
