Kef Blade. I heard all about it at CES but didn't hear it until RMAF. Big disappointment for my ears as it sounded harsh and tinny

And finally this is for our friend John up in Oakville Canada

Totem's new speakers with McIntosh. Both speakers are priced exactly the same but I preferred the floor standers

The monitors are the Ember from Totem's Element line which features their Torrent driver technology.
The floorstanders are the Totem Forest. These are 2 steps up from my Sttafs, but have a very similar sound signature. The Forest is just much more open. Although the cabinet hasn't changed, the internals have with new crossovers and other features. I'm looking forward to hearing them. I've always them to be very musical.

I'm not sold on the Element line of speakers that Vince is very hot on promoting. They sound somewhat cold and sterile to me.

For the record. McIntosh and Totem pair up very well with the older line of Arro, Sttaf, Hawk, Forest and Wind speakers.
