I just bought a ton of these based on hearsay. First impressions are good!
Very helpful.I have Stack Audio equipment isolators under all of my components excluding mono amps and speakers. I tried a set under my turntable and pre amp with noticeably good results and thus decided to include under all components such as phonostage, DAC, Tape deck. I also demo’d A/V Room Service EVP pads loaned from my dealer and Herbies Tenderfoot pads which I purchased. Significantly preferred Stack audio just on sound alone. But they also look more aesthetically pleasing imo.

Mostly the turntable even though it sits on a well damped component rack, followed by the DAC, and then the pre amp. That would be my recommended approach if you wanted to test the waters with one component and then determine whether to move forward. However, I do not have tubes in my signal chain until the mono amps. With your ARC Ref6SE and ARC Ref3SE (enviable combo btw), I might consider trying two sets under each of those components to further assist isolating microphonic vibrations into the tubes. FWIF, I have purchased and use Herbies Tube dampers and highly recommend those.https://herbiesaudiolab.com/collections/tube-dampers. No affiliation with any of these brands mentioned beyond an end consumer.Which components do you think benefitted the most?
