Spectral factory contact - help

Dear all,

I have a used Spectral DMC-20ii pre amp amplifier and a DMA 360 needs to be repair.
I tried to contact Spectral Audio factory at (408) 738-8521, but it can be reach at the voicemail and nobody answer the phone and give me a reply.
Could you please help ? Is there any other way to contact them ? Is anyone know their address that I can send or bring my amp to them?

Have you looked at their website? They are clearly a company that has no interest in keeping up with the times as far as technology. I would be surprised if their support team even monitors an email account. Your best bet is to just call them.
