Qobuz Pauses Between Songd

So I got into a classical mood. All I have set up is digital at this time. I use Qubuz mostly. But I'm running into a very frustrating issue. Every time the song changes, Qobuz pauses while the song changes. This is most unpleasant when listening to classical. Its constant drop out and clicks as it changes tracks. And a classical side of music may have 3 to 6 or 7 tracks. Thats 6 to 20 drop outs right in the middle of deep and thoughtful moments in the music.
Anyone else notice this? Anyone have a fix that can be done in the software?

In the past, whenever there have been glitches it has been on their end and usually resolves itself by the next day.

That said, there are other things to try.

I use Roon and login to Qobuz from there. A previous problem was solved by logging out and then logging in.
Sometimes, rebooting the streamer helps. Good to do from time to time anyway. And rebooting the router sometimes help and is also good to do from time to time.

BTW, I see that you use the Akiko Coreli. Haven't seen many Akiko devices listed in signature lines. I use two of their ground enhancers (HF noise absorbers) to address noise from computer/printer and TV/TV Box/ router. Surprisingly effective.

I only run into this when running Qobuz in a web browser. I don’t recall having this issue if I use the downloaded Qobuz app on my PC/Mac/iPhone/iPad. But I have to admit, most of the time, I use Roon followed by my iPad/iPhone and then less often on my PC/Mac to listen to Qobuz so my recollection might be wrong. Because I’m not allowed to install Qobuz at my work computer, I had to run it in a browser (Edge) and that’s the only time I encounter the pauses with song changes.

not sure if you are using Roon. with Roon, there is a video cache that get's clogged up with data and will cause those drop outs and stalls. go into the settings, then to 'Setup' and then select 'clear cache' which will reboot Roon, wait 10 seconds, then open Roon back up and it should be ok.

i do this once every day or two. then every couple weeks i shut down my server, dac and ipad for 10 minutes so the whole thing can be restarted and be fresh.

streaming loads all sorts of bits and pieces and so can overload stuff. maybe someday that will all get streamlined and figured out.

I don't know how its installed in my server. I don't see any browser stuff at the top of the screen when I play Qobuz.
I reset the computer and nothing changed. I tried looking at settings but its Linux. I can't access much.

I did loose volume a few weeks ago. I was able to fiddle my way into the output device and found the volume had been reduced somehow. I will look around. My tech support is MIA. I heard they fired him for being unresponsive. Maybe he will answer one day.
