The Grevy's Zebra is the largest of the wild equids, and - to me - the most elegant and noble of the zebras. Sadly, there are only between 2,000 and 3,000 left in the world, so seeing one is a rare privilege. The surviving population is largely thanks to my friend Ian Craig, who converted his family's former cattle ranch into the Lewa Conservancy in Kenya.

I had been to Mt Baker ski resort more than 20 times with my three children when they were in high school.

But I am not sure when I will be back to this place with 5 grandchildren.

This place has a world record of one winter precipitation of 95 ft (29 m) from 1998 to 1999.

Nepal

I was first in Nepal in 1990. Last there in 2019. These are from 1990 (film of course). Back in 1990 Kathmandu, Patan and Bhaktapur were quite distinct places, now they've merged into one.

Yes, we also visited Nepal back in the late 90's, and also stayed in Bhaktapur.
Sad to hear it has grown so much - It was a magical place as compared to India.

Got back from India 10 days ago. Mainly went for a rest, but also tried out a new camera, Leica Q3 43. Have used Q and Q2 since 2015 and Leica M for ages. It's so good and used M so little, selling all M kit.
