Is this really like a tube buffer stage? Might be good with a passive preamp!!

(#2 Esoteric N-05XD [streamer, DAC, preamp]). Analog: Technics 1300G, Nagaoka MP-700, Acoustic Revive RTS-30 mat, custom vibration absorbing footers, Zavfino Hiighlands MKII phono cable, Lab 12 Melto2 Phono preamp. Future analog upgrades include Supatrak Blackbird tonearm, Hana Umami Red Cartridge (when will that Blackbird be delivered????).
