New Roon Server Box Suggestions

Thinking about upgrading my Innuos Mini Gen 3 server. It has served me faithfully but I need more space (currently 2TB) for my files and I do not want to add a computer/NAS into my system. I don't tend to use HQPlayer or do any fancy upsampling/processing so I don't need lots of processing power.

Ideally I'd like to replace my Innuos with another single box with the following features;

User replaceable/upgradeable storage
Separate HDD for OS
CD ripping drive

Realistically would like to keep a reasonable budget but more interested in options that are available then can eliminate later. I have a few thoughts and have done a little research but always like crowd sourcing to build up a database of options.

Assume closer to $20K is better but don't want to eliminate options just on budget.
