I was all of nineteen years old and had the honor of learning my craft under Mike Kays' watchful eye. All these years later, I still practice his first principles of sound reproduction when advising clients or evaluating gear.
1. Get the midrange right and go from there.
2. Attend live music events often to keep your feet on the ground and act as a reference when evaluating audio equipment.
Similar topologies, similar cabinet materials - composites optimized for maximum stiffness and structural damping, but the Vyger is sealed and the Wilson is vented. The Vyger's cabinet design is acoustically more advanced, but I prefer (overdamped) bass reflex and paper rather than plastic cones.

It’s way superior in sound to any Wilson, Magico, or YG, Rockport or Focal I have heard. Unfortunately as unestablished has no used market - and I heard it outside Munich at the designer’s place, he voiced it with digital to avoid his turntable influencing the sound

Regarding Big speaker sound
I Still love my XPE design , non intrusive / coherent , it can still do things no other speaker i have heard can despite being a design from 2016 .
I could update it off course with latest driver tech/ series X over .
It will probably never see a show/ dealer due to weight but still i wont change much even after all those years
certainly no more difficult load than Wilson, for example (I'm not trying to directly compare these speakers, just Wilson is a brand I have owned and know something about) or dozens of other speakers. Pilium amps would not be fazed by such a load, nor many other top-quality SS amps. (Though measurements are always valuable when evaluating amp speaker pairing.) I'd not be afraid to use VAC or ARC tube amps.

Big Wilson speakers didnt impress me this year / fatiguing sound
Munich sound is all about impressing / showy/ glitter nice for 3 songs but not suited for long term listening .
Wlison Sasha i think is a nice speaker , more coherent

in my opinion you're right, the smaller wilson's seem to have a more overall balanced, coherent sound. I too heard a lot of speakers @ Munich flashy sound, like a hot chick—fun for a fling but not someone you'd want to live with. And then of course I heard a lot playing safe music, and some of the same old audiophile standards, or simple arrangements that offer no challenge or insight. Worse for me was the Tidal room, when I was in there I thought I was in an elevator and quickly started to fall asleep. Dreadful music choices.
On the other hand, when I was in the Soulution room, with the smaller Alsyvox Botticelli XX, they dropped some Jimi Hendrix and rocked the place. I'm not that big a fan of Jimi Hendrix (don't shoot me!) so I didn't really care for the choice, but it certainly wasn't safe elevator music.
Manuel Huber is such a relief in that regard .
Playing old vinyl / real music / artists and with good stories from the sixties / seventies over the music bizz.
Most try to impress instead with polished digital soundtracks
The Vyger system sounded a bit strident to me, especially in the treble, probably not helped by being played too loud IMO. For anyone interested, there is a pair of the speakers for sale in the UK currently.

I thought this sounded not bad but they had a pair of big subs turned up way too high that muddied the sound. Compression driver looked like a Faitalpro unit (orange color inside I guess from Ketone polymer they use??). Use of big SS amps from Ekectrocompaniet was not my preferred choice either. Still, heard some potential.
It's often the case at shows. Too many distributors and even manufacturers seem to have missed a proper club life and want to catch up during middle age.
It takes experience, also in PA environments, to develop a sense of 'balance' > many club systems fall short in this respect.
If you overload a room with bass, the sound becomes dull/muddy and definition is lost > this affects the entire spectrum and is a source of listening fatigue.
Then there is the argument of 'tackling room modes' by strategic placement of extra subs. For demos at shows I wouldn't burn my fingers on this complicated issue.
