I owned Leonores. They were much better than the older Parsifal Ovations which I did not like (93db as opposed to 89db with much more flowing and mellifluous, open midrange). Being a planar and horn fan, I liked them much better than medium sized cones upto Alexia, Focal Maestro Utopia, Avalon, Estelon, Vandys or Rockport Aviors. The ability to run them with 30 - 100w valves/SETs allowed amazing sound customization. Sure, the Alexandria types are much better, but different space and price category. I would like to listen to the Lohengrins, to see if they carry that advantage up the price ladder. In fact I would like to listen to them with a TT and subs. Extremely room friendly as well.
Probably, one of the most underrated , under the radar speakers co. Out there.... every time I heard their speakers at shows , I came out impressed. Very low key marketing?!
