interesting cuz when I replay it now I see a different video. First one was a horrible crash and now a car going into a parking garage

If you look carefully, it appears to be a "manufactured" video. That said, it still holds that our lives can change in an instant: A negative report from the Doctor; a child gone astray, instant job loss; death of a loved one; a drunk driver.

I say this, not to depress but rather to remind ourselves that the future is not guaranteed (actually, in one sense it is -- we are guaranteed not to be "here" but for a brief time): enjoy every moment; every relationship; every laugh; every piece of wonderful music; every sunset and sunrise; every meal; every breath; every tear; every .....
