Intriguing follow-up to Marshall Nack's earlier PFO review of the latest Armonico interconnects, with similar findings:
positive-feedback.com
He is reporting a level of naturalness and musicality that exceeds any cable he's heard or reviewed previously (which includes Kubala Sosna Elation, Stage III Concepts, Audioquest Dragon, Audience Front Row, etc.). Since adding one silver/gold alloy conductor Hemingway Audio Z-Core Beta AC cable transformed my system, and I'm hearing similar things to what Mr. Nack describes for the Armonico cables, I am beginning to suspect that gold/silver alloy conductors are inherently more musical than those made of copper, silver, or combinations thereof. No idea why this would be the case.
Any thoughts or experiences to share? Anyone heard the Gryphon gold/silver conductor cables?
