When I tried Qobuz using Roon on the Extreme Server yesterday, I also saw a quick flash of the Red banner with the text Page Not Loading, after which the page loaded and everything worked normally. I thought it was a fluke or a coincidence. But when I tried it again just now, it followed the same routine. A quick banner flash, but working normally thereafter.I had not been using my playlists. I just checked and they are all intact. So yes, maybe regional.
I've been seeing the red flashing banner fairly often for a week now, I'd estimate. But it is just a brief flash and then Roon is back in action. The annoying stoppages of play when using Qobuz seem no more frequent, however, averaging ~1 per day. Sure hope Taiko can figure that one out. I so seldom experienced such with the Extreme, but it is a regular "What the hell?" moment with the Olympus + I/O. Sure, it's a simple fix to press Play again, but...the flow is lost. When I tried Qobuz using Roon on the Extreme Server yesterday, I also saw a quick flash of the Red banner with the text Page Not Loading, after which the page loaded and everything worked normally. Furthermore, the Grimm MU1 server exhibits the same behavior. Thus, it does indeed appear to be a regional issue. (I am in the Netherlands)
I think it's unlikely that the issue lies with the Roon software itself, but more likely with the integration of Qobuz data into it, or perhaps, the gathering and processing of this data on Qobuz or Roon servers. It's worth posting in the Roon thread linked by Blue58 to ensure the issue gets Roon's attention.

Thanks, I have done that. Today I received FedEx tracking with expected delivery this Friday. I hope customs goes smoothIf it's possible, see if the Taiko folks can put your tax ID or SSN on the import document, to preempt FedEx asking you to fill out the customs ID document. That could possibly save you a bunch of time.
Good luck! Thanks, I have done that. Today I received FedEx tracking with expected delivery this Friday. I hope customs goes smooth
It took about 20 days between leaving for DG and me receiving FedEx tracking.
But not the same for XDMI from IO to DAC, correctThe general recommendation is to unplug the USB cable from the Olympus, regardless of whether the DAC is on or off.
I just change the settings through Roon but always have only one or the other cables attached , never both , not even one connected only to the O/IO while the other is in use at both endsWhen I played around with USB I always kept the habit of shutting down the OS in between going back/forth between USB/XDMI...
It seems my Olympus has been in the same batch through “dangerous goods” and I too have received a tracking # from Fedex. As I have tried to do throughout the long lead time, I will remain calm and know that in fact one day the server will arrive. That horizon seems to finally be coming into view. And having spent a few days recently in NYC visiting Rhapsody.Audio and listening to multiple systems all being fed digitally from the Olympus — I/O analog-out, I have listed my Rossini DAC for sale… the nature of the digital presentation was more organic than I’ve heard from any digital source so I’m excited to hear it at home. (But not thrilled about the long run-in process. I’m sure I’ll die one day waiting for some component to finally reach its zenith! Hopefully not this one.)Thanks, I have done that.
