If I were you, I would demand the unit shipped back to Netherlands for repair. No matter how experienced Ben is. It is his first time to strip down Olympus. Potentially something can go wrong. Luckily, everything goes alright.I don't usually post in the forum but I would like to express my gratitude towards Taiko Audio and Ben of Volent Audio HK for addressing the issue of my Olympus server. Apparently it is a rare situation and they tried to identify the root cause, with on-site home visits by Ben and remote KVM access by Taiko Audio to diagnose at the BIOS level.
Eventually a replacement component had to be shipped from Taiko Audio. Ben had to collected the 60kg+ Olympus server and disassemble the server, stripping down to the MB and make the component replacement. To my understanding, it is a labor intensive 3-stage process that required the collaboration between Ben and Taiko Engineer.
The end result? My Olympus server has been playing beautifully since Ben delivered it a few weeks ago.
Again, my salute to Taiko Audio and Ben of Volent Audio for their truly professional customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend Taiko Audio products and Volent' s professsional service.
There were three options:If I were you, I would demand the unit shipped back to Netherlands for repair. No matter how experienced Ben is. It is his first time to strip down Olympus. Potentially something can go wrong. Luckily, everything goes alright.
Have you tried this?No tracks
It's likely an issue (maybe local) with Qobuz itself, or their data connection with Roon, and I would recommend trying again later today or tomorrow. The issue will probably fix itself.Unfortunately, this has not worked.
Francisco have you restarted the OS and router? I would also clear the cache in Roon...Unfortunately, this has not worked.
Have you tried this?
Log out of Qobuz on the Extreme/Olympus server
Log out of Qobuz on any other device logged in at that time
Log back in to Qobuz via Roon on the Extreme/Olympus
No, that didn't work either. I'll wait until tomorrow, like Christian says.I'm having a similar issue, all playlists came up empty, no tracks. Try this, click the 3 bar icon in the top left corner, then scroll down, I found my playlists listed there and the tracks showed up when I accessed the playlist there. Also, my favorite were there.
Same exact problem here, and has persisted for days. I suspect it might not be fixed until the next Roon update. Is anyone having trouble with Roon and Qobuz? My favorite tracks aren't showing up, but my albums are, and it tells me to check my network connection, but I have 320 Mbps.
That's pretty wild. Bob your Qobuz Page, New Releases/Playlists/Taste Of Qobuz/My Qobuz is fully intact?? Tidal is fully intact...I have been using Roon with Qobuz and Tidal non stop for the last two weeks and cannot remember one error or stoppage. Go figure.
