how do you rate the Derenville motor? i am looking to get a new motor for my Platine. i have built an AC motor and it sounds great. i presume there is more to get from a motor like the Dereneville or Galibier though?

I use Transrotor Lang belt. I’m sure there are better options but it ticked all the boxes for me because it doesn’t over stretch or deteriorate over the years, it has a small diameter, doesn’t change elasticity between summer and winter etc.I know Basis made some superprecision belts, but where can one get something like that, but longer?
