Thanks, Jack. That's new to me, and the plot sounds really intriguing. I can't imagine what I'd do if I go deaf - it's so critical to the work that I enjoy. It must have been the same for main character.

Payday -- a great small movie starring Rip Torn as a second tier country singer. Truly worth seeking out.

Excellent documentary! ...A Must Have Blu-ray in your collection of Musical Video Documentaries.

Also: JEFF BECK performing this week ...live at Ronnie Scott's. On Blu-ray of course.
...But then, it ain't a movie, it's a Musical Concert.

More seriously I do enjoy broadway musical adaptations such as Chicago, and what are peoples thoughts on old classics such as West Side Story, etc.

I love West Side Story. The dancing was the best. Also, My Fair Lady and The Sound of Music. In general, I really like many of the old musicals such as Oklahoma and South Pacific. Great stuff.
