I'm sure (almost) everyone has received one of these spams. I received it this morning. I have received similar ones in the past. Has anyone ever been duped? Has anyone ever been prosecuted/convicted?

I have paid the delivery fee for the consignment box. All the necessary arrangement of delivering your $10.500.000.00 USD In cash was made with FEDEX COURIER COMPANY.

Send them your contacts informations to enable them locate you immediately they arrived in your country with your CONSIGNMENT BOX.
YOUR NAME.
HOME ADDRESS.
PHONE.
COUNTRY.
SEX AND YOUR ID.

Note.The FEDEX COURIER COMPANY don't know the contents of the Box.
They dont know that the box contains money,I register it as a Box of PRECIOUS VALUABLE tag no:0057624.
So dont reveal to them what was in the box or they will delay the box from getting to you.

The problem with the one Ron got is the spammers are usually in Africa or places remote to the USA
