Can someone help identifying these headshells

I´ve got them with some cartridges I´ve bought recently in Japan. I only know they were made by Audio technica. Further I can suggest that they are intended to be used with either TOYO tonearms with a straith pipe arm tube.

looks like one of a kind custom made. maybe made here make custom orders.
