Black Earth Rising

We started watching the Netflix offering "Black Earth Rising" the other night and are into the fourth of eight episodes. The story revolves around individuals who are either survivors/perpetrators of the Rwandan Genocide or individuals involved in prosecuting those who were involved. So far it has been an interesting story with some surprises along the way.

After watching the movie Hotel Rwanda a few years ago I'm not certain I could watch this new show.

Hopefully there are some positive aspects to it.

It’s very good......well written and interesting characters.....and excellent cinematography in ultra 4K.....

Surprisingly my wife stayed up late last evening to get through all of the remaining episodes. I won't say there were any major surprises but it kept you involved right to the conclusion. Very entertaining with some fine acting.
