Glad to hear! They have a great synergy. How would you describe the improvements they brought into your system? In the meantime, I am loving the improvements wrought by having the tempus and Muon pro in my system over the last few weeks. Two fantastic additions.
Of course I had to switch on the TV just to take a look. Quite a few windows in that room so daytime is not the best to assess picture quality and yet I was struck with by what appeared to be blacker blacks. I look forward to spending some time down there this evening. Not sure my big rig will permit it though. Today’s arrival pictured below in its temporary location. This should be interesting @kennyb123. I am planning on doing much of the same thing when the ERv2 comes out. Both for the change in sound, and especially for the video aspect. It might actually prompt me to upgrade the TV. Looking forward to your observations.
Tom

The benefits the ER brings to my 77” OLED are easy to see. They fall along the lines of that one might expect from stripping noise away from the picture. There’s an increase in both clarity and color saturation. It’s wild that even static images pop in an impressive fashion. I found myself staring at the menu Prime video displays longer than usually when figuring out what to watch as my eyes were delighting in the colors being displayed. Whites are whiter and brighter and blacks are darker and blacker. Even more impressive was the perception that resolution had increased. I thought maybe a good tag line for the ER could be “see all of the four thousand pixels you actually paid for”. Noise seems to smear these. This should be interesting @kennyb123. Lucky you! ;-)I don’t have the budget for the Tempus

EAhibrid EAL1000 & EAL2000 Ethernet Filters
An interesting take on Ethernet filtering. Hans Beekhuyzen tested one between his switch and streamer and immediately preferred it over his long-time reference, the NA Muon Pro.
What’s nice here is that EAhibrid is totally open about what they’re doing. Inside you’ll find four miniature isolation transformers (one for each twisted pair in the RJ-45), all hand-wound with single-crystal copper. After that the signal runs through a proper multi-stage filter chain — common-mode filters, inductors, and capacitor networks — designed purely to block/attenuate noise riding on Ethernet cabling. No reclocking, no switching, just a passive device.

Actually I think we should encourage more attention to aesthetics in network audio gear. Too often it’s just black boxes in different shapes and sizes, sometimes even inconsistent within the same brand (NA, are you listening?I have the EAL 1000 on order...
However, to me the Cybertruck reference seems way off (different semantics...), as upon seeing it for the first time my immediate reaction was to associate with an "intercom device" from yesteryear such as this ():

I wholeheartedly agree. I don't dislike the EA design. Just a bit of humour...Actually I think we should encourage more attention to aesthetics in network audio gear. At least with the EAhibrid Cyber Filter, there’s some design effort: the CNC-machined aluminum body, the wood insert (a symbolic nod to warmth/analogue), and the whole “cyber” aesthetic. Whether you like the look or not, it’s a step away from the endless parade of plain black boxes.
Haha, no worries and I thought it was funny too! Glad we’re on the same page. Looking forward to your audition impressions, that’s what really counts .I wholeheartedly agree. I don't dislike the EA design. Just a bit of humour...
jundo stream cable is quite a bit betterin the September 25' issue of Absolute Sound Allan Taffel and Robert Harley review the Reiki SuperSwitch Pro in various configurations and price points + The Jundostream Network Cable.
i own the Reiki SuperSwitch Pro + Pro Linear PSU (C2 config in the review) + the more basic Rakustream Network Cable and have been very satisfied with the performance for over a year now.

The magnitude of improvement from the tempus has had me wondering how Ethernet could have been doing so much harm. I posted this to another forum: “It reminds me more of what I heard when first adding a really good power conditioner. That device revealed to me that I had been oblivious as to how much harm my AC was doing to the music. The tempus has opened my eyes in the same way as to how much harm my network had been doing.” That came from realizing that benefits could clearly be heard in music stored locally on my Antipodes server. Makes me wonder if part of what’s happening is that noise is somehow being drawn out of my server. I doubt that’s the case but it is still just inexplicable to me that the tempus could be having such an impact. Even more astonishing to me is that it “should continue to improve day by day over the next 3-4 weeks” according to Rob at NA.When you watch the evolution of filter design by NA from ENO over Muon Pro to ENO2 there has been a noticeable improvement.
So I am already very excited to see what the new Muon Pro 2 will look like and how high they are able to set the performance bar.
so you like innuendo too, huh?Maybe Nigel will send one your way to try, “wink, wink”
Not cool at all to take shots at him in this thread.I don’t think there is anything “wrong” with posting about product you use and enjoy.
I also don’t think that there is anything wrong with being “encouraged” by manufacturers for letting the word out, either.
I never question the integrity of ANY of your posts and I always find your viewpoints interesting and informative, and honest.
The way you have responded to the recent spur of questions related to “accommodations” has been misleading at best and in the end I believe is not good for anyone.
The cover up is way worse than the “crime” and to that I don’t think any has been committed.
Keep on doing what your doing, all good.
