Is it worth upgrading my Pass Labs XP-30 to an XP-32?

Title says it all. My XP-30 is getting a little long in the tooth and I'm curious if moving to an XP-32 would be beneficial. Has anyone made this move?

I had the XP-22, and my college friend had the XP-32.
Both are low-resolution. If you're looking for truly resolving sound, definitely don't go with the pass-through.
My friend noticed this when he bought the Klimax DSM/3.
The Klimax itself sounded significantly more realistic and resolving without the XP-32 pass-through.

stick with the 30 or change brand. Sounds like the 30 is working just fine. Maybe put the money to more music.

Around eight years separate both products - large sonic improvements have been carried in most solid state preamplfiers in this period. The modifications described in Stereophile review are very significant in terms of possible change of sound quality. If you enjoy the Pass sound quality and can get a nice deal on the change you should listen to it. Your money, your preference.
Every brand has fans and detractors ... ;)

BTW I have no experience with the XP-32, just trying to be objective.
