Hello everyone. One of the reasons I go to audio shows is to discover new music and music that is demo worthy. In addition, I like to share what music I heard on the systems I evaluated so that we have a better context. I am going to buy all the ones I don't have so that I can compare the sound to my own system. Hope you find them useful.

I used Google song recognition which I found to pretty good. It had a hit rate of 80%. For the other 20% I tried to use Shazam but it could not find any of those either.

So enjoy and give me some feedback as to whether you like them. I paid a high price in capturing them as the hosts thought I was texting rather than evaluating their systems!

NOTE: while in some cases I confirmed the Google search with the host, many times I did not. It is entirely possible that some may be wrong.

The above was from an old Technics (?) CD sampler Vladimir had that came from a magazine. So it may or may not be right.

Except for some Shostakovich and Bach, I think I have none of the above, at all...

Oops, I have Sting when he was still a Policeman.

Big Mama Thornton, I confused with Ethel Waters for a moment. I might have a Big Mama disc hidden away.

Nice to see some albums not usually played from the audiophile buffet.

Indeed. There was wide variety and not at all the same few tired audiophile tracks. The scandinavian companies led the charge there. Alas, I could not find all of their music on my phone.
