I bought Focal Stella Utopia Evo, but...

Believe me I have had a lot of issues with my hifi equipment over the years and I bought everything brand new.
I always bought a new product, but there was almost no problem and if there was a problem, they took quick action.
But this time I've never experienced such a bad case before.

I sent all the data to focal.
It's almost a month away and there's no action yet.
Oh this Is very bad and ... unexpected from a reputated brand like Focal.
It's known that many manufacturers does not make any correspondence with private customers but with authorized distributors only; neverthless this is a kind of situation where a prompt reply from a manufacturer is due in order to grant his international reputation.
I'm very surprised (and sad) from your story.

I was surprised by the dealer behavior and even more surprised by focal's behavior.
It's really stressful.
