Be careful to update your streamer to pink faun os. The new OS sounded so digital and flat.
I was told by PinkFaun that if I chose to go back to euohony, they won’t offer update anymore.
(They also made me wait two weeks just to reverse back to euphony)
After this horrible customer service experience, I was so tired of the waiting and ‘“system rules”. So I decided to get rid my dual pink faun system.
It was a wonderful experience with these two beasts, until pink faun’s team ruined everything.
It is unfortunate to hear that you were not satisfied with the update. However, let's disclose the timeline of events after the update.
You repeatedly urged my colleague to proceed with the update, despite being informed multiple times that it was still in BETA. Nevertheless, you insisted on moving forward. As a result, my colleague scheduled the update with you.
Timeline of events:
•
Friday, January 17th at 2:31 PM – You requested to revert the update.
•
Friday, January 17th at 2:32 PM – My colleague responded promptly, confirming that the rollback could be scheduled for
Wednesday, January 22nd at 11 AM. However, you demanded an immediate rollback, which was not possible due to other ongoing work. You acknowledged and understood this.
•
Friday, January 17th at 2:33 PM – You informed us that January 22nd would not work because you would be unavailable for two weeks and requested to reschedule. We agreed that you would come back to us with a date that suited your schedule.
•
Monday, January 20th – You messaged us again to ask if
January 22nd at 11 AM was still available. Although my colleague did not reply immediately, you spoke with him later that day over the phone to discuss the update and schedule a new appointment.
•
Thursday, January 23rd – You messaged us again to reschedule, stating,
“I’m busy today.” My colleague responded
14 minutes after our office opened with,
“No problem.” You then asked for the earliest available date, which was provided
one minute later and set for
January 29th at 9 AM.
•
Tuesday, January 28th at 6:39 AM – (Our office was closed at that time) You messaged us saying,
“No need to send the TeamViewer link.”
•
Wednesday, January 29th at 8:06 AM – One hour before the scheduled rollback, my colleague followed up, asking,
“Thanks for letting me know. Does this mean you have decided to stay with Pink Faun OS? Is everything working as expected?” No response was received from you.
We understand that you were not satisfied with the BETA version, which we repeatedly clarified in advance. However, given the circumstances, your claim of poor customer service is unfounded.
