Jeff between 1976 with New World Record and 1981 with Time was at the peak of his musical powers. recording at Moroder's German Musicland studios with the legendary Mack as engineer he came out with 4 almost perfect albums. The use of the vocoder on his voice on Mr Blue Sky was well ahead of his time.
