Vivid Giya 3 vs Estelon XB Diamond vs Alare Remiga 1 Diamond

Ğ
All three are very good speakers, especially the Alare Remiga Diamond. In terms of holographic soundstage, Estelon is the clear winner in my experience. However, when it comes to bass solidity and extension, Alare takes the lead.

Unfortunately, ceramic bass drivers tend to perform poorly in the low end, even though they excel in the midrange. Vivid is a good speaker, but I would personally lean toward Estelon or Alare.
I aldeady have alare remiga diamond. So is it better to keep it and play more with room placement and threatment? Maybe a mono mono amp etc?

A friend has Alare Remiga diamond. IMO it is a good sounding speaker with a better bass driver than ceramic. I think you should keep it.

Hi @agencal let me give you my view.

I had Mola Mola Tambaqui with Soulution Preamp 525 before, they were replaced by CH Precision C1.2 going directly to my Audia Flight Strumento No.8 and I can confirm that the different is night and day.

Even Mola Mola Tambaqui is one of a good DAC, it can't be compared with CH C1.2. The CH C1.2 is another league beyond Tambaqui.

You can try bringing CH c1.2 back into the chain and you will know exactly what i am talking about. Soundstage, dynamic, fluidlity are way better.

In your case, you had it and you cant go back.

Thank you for your reply.
Actually i have tried c1.2 x1 again and could not hear a huge difference comparing tambaqui. I thing it is a sweet spot for the money.

Which is best for Holographic soundstage?

Hi. I have been a long time Kharma exqusite midi 3.0 user with all CH electronics. I decided to sheink system a bit and sold them all. Now i have a Goldmund Telos 690 integrated with Alare Remiga 1 Diamond and mola mola Tambaqui dac.. Sound is exceptional but still missing the holography i am after. Ok ok it is about room acoustics as well and i am also working on it and tried nearly all the speaker setting up methods to increade soundstage depth and width but when i read the reviews two brands are famous for speaker dissepearinh and holographic sound stage. Vivid and Estelon. Any opinions?
Two fine speakers. I find the G3s2 more coherent from top to bottom, more neutral, and the most 3D. Holography is what drew me to them in the first place.

I have a Goildmunf 590 and I can suggest 3 musts for optimal sound. The chasis must be grounded to a high quality ground block. You are at about 50% SQ without this. The heat fins must have damping material across their top surface. The feet must not be screwed in tightly.

Ceramic bass drivers can perform exceptionally in the bass region. It is not a matter of driver limitations, but instead of loading and, especially, crossover implementation. We have used ceramic bass drivers for years with exceptional results.
