Actually, it's your argument of chasing after effects that's pointless or futile. Even if it sounds good on paper.

Does your response imply that you're unwilling to offer any aftermarket acoustic treatment strategies to help improve my playback presentation? Or does it imply you're unwilling to provide your own videos to help me better understand where you're coming from?

I am, nor is my argument, implying anything... That is you. I am saying I am unwilling to entertain your trolling when you already stated your opinion of the subject. And if you value your opinion, which you seem to value it highly... Then why in the world would you engage in a discussion you find pointless? That seems silly. Unless your point is to troll...

Back on topic. I think this little number will help substantiate my position that one is better served when focused on the root cause(s).

That is, if you crank it all the way up to a perceived live performance volume level.
