Gideon Yu is indeed making a name for himself

To me it looks like a terrific estate planning deal for Atkins.

Every time I read about something like this I can't help but think back to the Dick Johnson and Charlie Schwerkolt saga - a case of a commercial "marriage" of much promise and potential that ends up almost destroying everyone. I hope in this particular case, however, that it ends well. I may not own B&W products (I did once though) but I appreciate the stalwart role they play in the market, especially from a classical music professional production perspective.

So, does this mean the new ownership wants to sell streaming boomboxes to millennial renters?

The old ownership has been doing that for a while now. I wouldn't be surprised if the new ownership has at least one eye on the automotive market.
