Uh oh. This borders on the dreaded religion topic that is now officially verboten on WBF.

This calls for a Monty Python reboot!
 
So, from what was posted in the article ...

- only the top portion is considered the grail (the cup displayed is made from 2 separate cups joind togther at their bottoms)
- it was crafted and encrusted with its gems and such after the original cup was presented to a princess (so the theory that Christ would have used a simple cup and not one as elaborate as this on is still intact)
- there are over 200 "grails" claimed to be in Europe (so add this one to the list)

Wonder if is has a stamp on the bottom "Made in Palestine"?
