My surround sound processor budget is ~ $7000. , so I’m below the Trinnov and Lyngdorf tier. The processor would be for building a 3.1 system, plus bass management for four Rythmik F12 subs. Again, this would be a processor, not a receiver, as I will be using separate amps to drive the three speakers. From my BD player’s HDMI Audio output, the processor would decode the Dolby Digital and DTS-MA audio from my DVD and BD movies and route the audio to the front and center three speakers and subs, and it would have DIRAC Live on-chip. The subs would come in at ~ 80Hz. Which processors allow me to assign separate channels to each of the four subs to provide more accurate bass control under DIRAC?
