I can't say but when I was a VPI dealer replacing the standard aluminum
cones with brass ones made an audible difference.

I tried Grand Prix Apex footers under my Scarlatti dac (when I owned this model). I thought it was beneficial. The Scarlatti does have a robust chassis and is designed to use the side panels as it's feet...which these footers defeat.
