I need to reduce my head count somewhat. At this point I still have ten of them, including the Marantz 7 model what you have seen, so some are sitting idle. Some already found new homes.
Except for the Marantz model they are all based on various BAT phono stage models, with various degrees of upgrades or modifications. There are some single EQ models, some with two EQ's (usually the 15ips IEC and 30ips), and several with 5 EQ selections, including the RIAA. They are all single chassis, ten tube preamps.
I would like to keep this totally informal and friendly. If you have any interest - send me an email at 38sc@comcast.net with your desires. You can come over and audition one or more models, probably using the A820 as the source, but there are other sources too. Just bring some of your favorite tapes.
At worst we will have some fun time.
