My 203, she no work anymore. Who repairs them? Upgrades/mods would be nice too, but mainly she needs fixed.

As of the middle of July 2025, OPPO no longer repairs them.

"Unfortunately, we no longer service the UDP-203. When we're able to access our parts, we can sell a replacement disc loader to you to see if it resolves the issue. Let us know if you would like to do so."
